Saraswati Puja was celebrated with great fervour on 5th February, 2022 at Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti, Guwahati. All the teachers and Staff members gathered at the school premises to celebrate the day. Puja was offered to the Goddess of Learning by the Principal. The chanting of the Saraswati Stotras transcended the ambience. Although unfortunately the students could not be involved due to COVID situations, an attempt was made to preserve the Indian culture, to impart a sense of respect towards long established traditions.
The celebration came to a close with the distribution of Prasad followed by the quintessential Lunch of Khichidi. Gaiety and piety went hand in hand to live an indelible impression in the minds of all those who witnessed the programme.
